Official Return And Exchange Policy
We will only accept exchanges for microkitten merchandise purchased
directly through the microkitten.com web site. If you have purchased
microkitten products from another vendor you must contact them with
your return or exchange needs.
If you have purchased the items directly through the microkitten.com web site then all items may be exchanged for any other equally priced items available in our online shop provided you follow the instructions below.
1) Request a Exchange Authorization (EA) Number within 15 Days from the date we shipped your items (20 Days for international orders). Send an email to for your EA Number and the EA Mailing Address. You must do this before sending us the item(s). Please include your name and order number when emailing the request.
2) We will reply to your email with the EA instructions.
3) Mail the items to us using the EA information. All products must
be in the original condition with ALL tags still attached.
This includes the sewn in tag and the circular paper hang tag.
4) When we receive the items we will ship the exchange items. Remember to include notes on what items we should send you for your exchange. Include the size, color, fabric, and style number.
5) Items returned without an EA number or sent anywhere other than the EA Mailing Address will not be accepted or processed.
We do not accept returns for refunds.
